Privacy Policy

TradelineRise ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and takes data minimization seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and — most importantly — how quickly we get rid of it.

1. What we collect

To deliver the products and services you purchase, we collect:

• Contact information: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number.
• Identity information: date of birth, and optionally your Social Security Number or Credit Privacy Number (SSN/CPN), only when required to provide a tradeline, CPN package, or credit-repair service.
• Payment information: we never see your full card number. Stripe (or your chosen crypto rail) processes your payment directly and shares only a non-reversible token plus the amount paid with us.
• Order metadata: the products you purchased, when, and the status of each fulfillment.

2. How we store sensitive information

Your SSN/CPN, if you provide one, is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a key derived from a server-side secret that is never written to the database. A database leak alone cannot decrypt your SSN/CPN — both the encrypted ciphertext AND the server-side secret would have to be compromised together. Only one assigned specialist sees the decrypted value while actively fulfilling your order.

3. Data deletion — our core commitment

All data is deleted after your service is complete. Within 90 days of the final deliverable being marked complete (tradeline posted, repair disputes filed, CPN package emailed, document set delivered), we permanently delete:

• Your SSN/CPN ciphertext (and the encryption key derivation seed is rotated, making any backup undecryptable).
• Your date of birth.
• Your phone number, unless you've opted in to ongoing text updates.

We retain only the minimum data required by law: order number, amount paid, and email address (for refund/audit purposes — never for marketing). Everything else is gone. We can't sell what we don't have.

4. What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
• We never share your SSN/CPN with any third party except as strictly required to fulfill your order (e.g., a credit-bureau dispute filing).
• We never use your information for any purpose other than fulfilling your order and complying with applicable law.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of vetted service providers to operate the business: Stripe (payment processing), a transactional email provider (for order receipts), and our crypto-payment infrastructure providers (for on-chain transfers). Each is bound by a data processing agreement that restricts how they may use information.

6. Your rights

You may request the deletion of all your personal information at any time, even before the 90-day automatic-deletion window. We will honor the request within 7 days unless we are legally required to retain a specific item (e.g., a tax-related transaction record). 7. Cookies and analytics

We use functional cookies only (cart state, login session). We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or cross-site identifiers. We do not have a Facebook pixel or a Google Ads remarketing tag.

8. Children

Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please text us and we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted here is the controlling version. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the homepage at least 14 days before they take effect.
