Approved refunds are processed instantly as a stablecoin (PYUSD or USDC) transfer to a wallet address you provide. There is no holding period, no bank-clearing delay, and no chargeback paperwork. The moment we approve your refund request, the funds leave our wallet on-chain.
If you originally paid with a debit or credit card via our card-to-crypto onramp, your refund still arrives as crypto — Stripe does not support reverse onramps to cards. We will help you convert the stablecoin back to fiat using any major exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, or your bank's own crypto rail) if you prefer.
Refunds also apply to services where we've already done part of the work, provided the deliverable itself did not match the description. We refund the full purchase amount in those cases — partial-credit math is not used.
Refunds are for product-description mismatches. They do not extend to factors outside our control — for example, a credit-bureau dispute outcome (the federal investigation cycle is the bureau's call, not ours), or how your individual credit score moves after a tradeline posts (every profile responds differently).
